Solarize, a collaboration of local governments and an energy nonprofit, is offering free webinars for those interested in hooking their homes or businesses to sun-powered electricity. The organization has also mentioned that Congress has established a federal income tax credit equal to 30% of covered installation costs for this and coming years. Additionally, the city of Roanoke offers additional incentives for solar energy.

Those who are interested in solar energy can take advantage of this offer and learn more about how to power their home or business with clean, renewable energy.

Volvo, a Swedish automotive company, is planning to establish its newly announced truck plant in Mexico. The company has already been manufacturing tens of thousands of trucks a year in the region through other manufacturers like Freightliner, International Truck, and Kenworth. In March, these manufacturers produced 10,383, 5,679, and 1,560 trucks respectively according to SteelOrbis report. Volvo had been focusing on expanding and upgrading existing plants until now when they see the need for additional growth in the region and Mexico provides the necessary benefits for this expansion.
