Sexual Assault Allegations Against Colorado Business Owner Lead to Arrest

In October 2023, a woman reported that she was sexually assaulted by Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of Aurora Employment Testing in Colorado. The police arrested Duka on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. Further investigation by the Sex Crimes Unit detectives revealed two more reported incidents between Duka and female victims in 2023. Both victims claimed they were assaulted after providing urinalysis samples at Duka’s business.

Duka, aged 60, was charged with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The case is still active, and anyone with information is urged to come forward by calling Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and referencing case number AP23-202838. The police are also urging any other possible victims to come forward so that justice can be served for all those affected by Duka’s actions.
