Wave heights could reach up to 6–7 meters, prompting advice for people to avoid rocky cliffs. The storm also affected France’s south and west with strong winds and high waves. As Storm Nelson continued its path towards Britain, snowfall was reported in northern England and Wales, raising concerns about potential disruptions in Easter traffic in Britain.
