UTPD’s Training Scheduled for June 8 at Behavioral Health and Wellness Center

Protecting the Community: UT Health San Antonio Police Department Conducts Law Enforcement Training on June 8

On Saturday, June 8, from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the UT Health San Antonio Police Department will be conducting law enforcement training at the Behavioral Health and Wellness Center located at 5788 Eckhert Road in San Antonio. Members of the community may see an increased police presence in and around the clinic, including a large number of police vehicles, uniformed police officers and officers in tactical equipment.

The UT Health San Antonio Police Department is committed to ensuring the safety of the university community and the larger San Antonio Medical Center area. The department thanks members of the university community for understanding that training is necessary to prepare its officers to better protect the community.
