Juli Frink Joins ClearPoint Health as VP of Stop Loss Center of Excellence: Leveraging Captive Insurance Expertise to Drive Success

Juli Frink has recently joined ClearPoint Health as the vice president of their Stop Loss Center of Excellence, becoming a key member of their executive leadership team. In a statement shared on LinkedIn, she expressed her excitement to work with the talented team at ClearPoint Health and to contribute towards the company’s strategic growth goals and the expansion of self-funding opportunities in the market.

Frink emphasized the importance of having captive insurance skills for her new role within the organization. Prior to joining ClearPoint Health, she held the position of director, commercial market product strategy at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, based in Jacksonville, Florida. During her time there from July 2019 to February 2024, she gained valuable experience and skills that will be beneficial in her new role.

Frink’s previous experience includes serving as a senior program manager – stop loss and reinsurance at Florida Blue from February 2007 to July 2019. During her time at Florida Blue, she provided leadership in developing, launching, and operating a profitable stop loss and reinsurance administration using a partnership model. She also played a key role in developing and implementing growth and retention strategies that had a measurable impact on the company. Her extensive experience in the industry makes her a valuable asset to the ClearPoint Health team and positions her well to drive continued success in her new role.
