WWE is reportedly in sophisticated talks to be sold to Endeavor Group, parent enterprise of the UFC, according to Alex Sherman of CNBC.

A deal could be announced as quickly as Monday, according to the report. UFC and WWE are anticipated to type a new publicly traded enterprise as element of the agreement, according to sources close to the matter, who declined to be named due to the confidential nature of the discussions.

The deal would see Endeavor personal 51% of the new combat sports &amp entertainment enterprise, when WWE shareholders would get 49%. The Endeavor deal would give WWE an enterprise worth of $9.three billion.
