New lease agreement finalized for former Rite Aid space by Tahoe Forest Health System

Tahoe Forest Health System Secures Long-Term Lease for Former Rite Aid Space in Truckee

Tahoe Forest Health System has secured a long-term lease on the space previously occupied by Rite Aid Truckee in the Gateway Center in Truckee, California. The 21,000 square foot building, located at 11230 Donner Pass Road, has been empty since Rite Aid closed in December 2023.

Harry Weis, President and CEO of Tahoe Forest Health System, expressed excitement about the possibilities that this new space brings. He stated that the goal is to make healthcare more convenient for the community and this building provides the flexibility to offer a wider range of services. Additionally, its central location, easy parking and access make it an ideal spot for the Health System.

Although specific plans for the space have not been announced yet, Tahoe Forest Health System is working on determining which services would be most beneficial to the community in this location. The focus is on providing quality healthcare services that meet the needs of residents in the area.
