Tom Stoltman Maintains Lead After Saturday’s Events

Scotland’s Stoltman Dominates 2024 World’s Strongest Man Competition on Day One

The 2024 World’s Strongest Man competition is currently in full swing, with Tom Stoltman of Scotland taking a commanding lead after the first day of competition. Stoltman, a two-time winner of the title, is among 10 competitors vying for the coveted title.

On the first day, athletes competed in three events: Knaack Giant’s Medley, Max Axle, and Keg Toss in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Points were awarded based on performance in each event, with the first-place winner receiving 10 points and so on.

Stoltman and Hooper tied for first place in the Max Axle event, while Stoltman and Hooper also tied for first place in the Keg Toss event. Singleton won the Knaack Giant’s Medley event.

The second and final day of competition will feature events such as Reign Total Body Fuel Conan’s Wheel, BFGoodrich Tires HD Terrain Deadlift, and Atlas Stones. The winner of the World’s Strongest Man competition will be determined based on these events.
