Grigeo AB Successfully Completes Transfer of Tissue Paper Business to its Subsidiary, UAB Grigeo Tissue

Grigeo AB has successfully completed the structural changes within its group of companies, as previously announced. On April 30, 2024, the company transferred its tissue paper business to its 100% owned subsidiary, UAB Grigeo Tissue.

UAB Grigeo Tissue, with the legal entity code 306639125 and address at Vilniaus g. 10, Grigiškės, Vilnius City Municipality, Republic of Lithuania, is now responsible for the tissue paper business that was transferred to it. All information about Grigeo Tissue is recorded and maintained by the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania.

The transfer of the tissue paper business to Grigeo Tissue was carried out by increasing its authorized capital and exchanging it for newly issued shares from the company. This transfer included all assets, rights, and obligations related to the tissue paper business, forming an independent economic unit within Grigeo Tissue.

Once the Articles of Association of Grigeo Tissue are officially registered with the Register of Legal Entities of Lithuania, the company will receive newly issued shares in exchange for the transferred tissue paper business. This exchange signifies the completion of the transfer process.
