EMS Expands Direct Support for Clients of Oral Science’s AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master and One Products

EMS has announced that their clients who purchased an AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master, AIRFLOW® One, or any related products through Oral Science will now receive direct support from EMS regarding integration and maintenance. Effective March 8, 2024, EMS has instructed all dental offices that purchased these products through Oral Science to contact EMS customer service for any questions or concerns. Service authorization, repairs, maintenance, or troubleshooting can be addressed by emailing EMS directly.

Although EMS has ended their relationship with Oral Science, the CEO and co-founder of Oral Science, Daniel Ménard, expressed regret over the situation. He noted that Oral Science’s Dental Hygiene Specialist Team looks forward to continuing their partnership with leading Canadian dental offices.
