District 10 and Region All-Star Teams: Girls Bowling, Boys Swimming, Wrestling, and Basketball Highlight Winter Sports Season
As high school spring sports kick off, the focus is on winter sports all-star season for the next few weeks. In the coming weeks, GoErie.com and the Erie Times-News will be revealing the all-District 10 and region teams from the 2023-24 seasons.
Starting with girls bowling, McDowell dominated the Metro League girls bowling all-star team in the 2023-24 season. The Times-News has also announced their 2023-24 District 10 Boys Swimming/Diving All-Star Team, as well as the region swimmers/divers of the year and first and second team all-stars in three regions. The girls swimming all-stars will be announced on Friday.
As we move into early April, stay tuned for the reveal of the all-District 10 wrestlers and all-region teams/wrestlers of the year in both boys and girls wrestling. The inaugural season of PIAA-sanctioned girls wrestling concluded with 12 all-District 10 wrestlers to be announced. In early April, the Times-News will also announce the all-District 10 boys and girls basketball players, as well as the all-region teams and players of the year in seven regions for boys and six regions for girls.
