Max Kilman, the 27-year-old central defender who joined Wolves from non-league Maidenhead in 2018, is reportedly a target for West Ham. According to BBC Sport, the Hammers have shown interest in signing Kilman, but no formal offer has been made as of yet.
Despite not actively seeking to sell Kilman, Wolves might consider it if West Ham reaches the rumored fee of £45m. This is especially true since new manager Julen Lopetegui has worked with him before during their time at Molineux.
Kilman’s performance last season was exceptional as he played every minute of all 38 league games for Wolves. This achievement is even more impressive considering only Arsenal’s William Saliba matched his feat as an outfield player. Kilman signed a contract extension until 2028 just a year ago, showcasing the club’s commitment to him.
