Vodafone raises prices for landline services

Vodafone Announces Unilateral Remodulation of Fixed Line Contracts, Raising Monthly Rates by Up to 3 Euros.

Vodafone has announced a new unilateral remodulation for some fixed line contracts on their official website. Although the specific offers subject to remodulation have not been specified, it is clear that the changes will result in an increase in monthly rates, with an additional 2 to 3 euros per month. Vodafone justifies these increases as necessary to continue investing in the network and address new traffic needs.

Customers who are subject to the remodulation will have the option to reject the changes and withdraw from the contract without incurring additional costs, as long as they communicate their cancellation within 60 days of receiving Vodafone’s communication. According to Vodafone, customers whose rates will increase will receive communication included in their invoice with a minimum withdrawal period of 60 days. Customers can exercise the right of withdrawal through various channels, including the official Vodafone website, physical stores, sending a registered letter with return receipt to the Vodafone Customer Service address, sending a PEC to the customerservice address@vodafone.pec.it, or by calling 190 and specifying the reason for withdrawal.
