The April 17 OneOp webinar will explore the health benefits of nature immersion

Uncovering the Healing Powers of Nature: A Free Webinar Hosted by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and OneOp

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and OneOp are hosting a webinar on April 17 that aims to improve health and wellness by spending time in nature. This free webinar, which can be accessed through the OneOp virtual professional development platform, will provide participants with practical programs and initiatives to get outside more often.

The webinar will cover topics such as the health benefits of spending time in nature, the enablers and barriers to regularly connecting with nature, and programs that help individuals, families, and communities to get outside more. Rachel Brauner, an AgriLife Extension program specialist in Bryan-College Station, is the featured speaker.
