Top 25 Home-Field Advantages in College Football: Experience the Thrill at Utah’s Rice-Eccles Stadium with College Football 25

EA Sports has announced the release of College Football 25, a highly anticipated video game that will return to the market after an 11-year hiatus. The game is set to release on July 19, and with it comes excitement for fans of college football across the country.

One of the teams that fans will be eager to play as in the new game is the Utah Utes, whose Rice-Eccles Stadium was ranked as one of the top 25 best home-field advantages in the country by EA Sports. The stadium, located in Salt Lake City, has a capacity of 51,444 and was the only Big 12 program to make it onto the list.

Over the last three years, Utah has been one of the toughest teams to beat on their home turf, with an impressive 18-1 record at Rice-Eccles Stadium. In 2023 alone, they had a 6-1 home record, their only loss coming against then-No. 8 Oregon. This success has earned them recognition as one of the most formidable opponents at home in college football.

The top 25 toughest home-field advantages list released by EA Sports includes iconic stadiums like Kyle Field at Texas A&M and Bryant-Denny Stadium at Alabama. However, Rice-Eccles Stadium came in at No. 18 on the rankings, ahead of renowned stadiums like Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin and Iowa’s Kinnick Stadium.

With College Football 25 now set for release, fans can look forward to experiencing what it’s like to play at some of the toughest and most iconic college football stadiums in America from their own homes.
