Corey Davis in talks with Jets for potential reunion

The Jets Keep the Door Open for Corey Davis: Could Reuniting with the Star Receiver Benefit Their Wide Receiving Corps?

In March, the Jets released Corey Davis, but their door is always open to him. Robert Saleh mentioned that the team is in regular contact with the wide receiver and they are considering the possibility of bringing him back. According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, the Jets are interested in reuniting with Davis, which would be beneficial for their wide receiving corps. Alongside Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams, Davis could provide the Jets with a strong group of receivers.

The 6-foot-3 wideout took a break from the NFL last August but recently applied for reinstatement. If he returns to the field, Davis could continue to contribute positively to the team’s offense as he showed promise during his time in New York. He recorded 66 receptions for 1,028 yards and six touchdowns while playing for the Jets.
