Texas Rangers and Bally Sports Southwest Reach Agreement for Home and Away Game Coverage as Parent Company Files for Bankruptcy

The Texas Rangers and Bally Sports Southwest have reached an agreement to broadcast home and away games. Regular season coverage begins on March 30 when the Rangers take on the Chicago Cubs at Globe Life Field. This agreement comes after Diamond Sports, the parent company of Bally Sports, filed for bankruptcy protection last year. However, it was recently announced that the company would partner with Amazon as part of a restructuring agreement. This agreement was approved by a Houston judge last Friday.
