The Wichita County Public Health is thrilled to announce the return of their Public Health Fair, which has been absent since 2019. We had the pleasure of speaking with Karel Davis on set to get the scoop on this exciting event taking place on April 4 from 3 to 6 p.m.
With over forty community partners participating, the fair will offer giveaways, education, and activities for all ages. One of the highlights of the fair will be the presence of animal services, who will be waiving adoption fees and providing free microchipping for Wichita Falls residents. In addition to these organizations, attendees can enjoy games and scavenger hunts throughout the day.
This year’s theme is “Super Heros, Super Health,” so come dressed in your best superhero costume and join in on the fun! The event will be held at 1700 3rd street, just across from the waterfalls, and promises to be a memorable experience for everyone. Whether you’re young or old, don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn more about public health initiatives while having a great time with your family. This event is completely free – mark your calendars and plan to attend! Copyright 2024 KAUZ. All rights reserved.
