On Tuesday night at Bob Rousseau Field in Worcester, Massachusetts, the St. Paul and Doherty softball teams faced off once again in their longstanding rivalry. This time, it was the St. Paul Knights who emerged victorious with a 6-1 win. The game was a testament to the competitive spirit of both teams in this storied rivalry.
Bella Mara, pitching for St. Paul, had an outstanding performance that helped secure the win for her team. She only allowed two hits and struck out an impressive 16 batters. On the offensive side, Emma Nordahl led the Knights by going 3-4 with a double, triple, RBI, and a run scored. Mara also contributed with a solo home run, and Ava Grant added an RBI of her own.
