SRV Welcomes Two New Board Members

SRV Companies Appoints New Chairman and Members, Reveals Dividend Decision and Share Acquisition Authorization

The construction company SRV Companies has appointed Ari Lehtoranta as its chairman of the board, alongside new members Tuomas Kokkila and Ari Lehtoranta. During a general meeting, Matti Ahokas, Hannu Leinonen, and Heli Iisakka were re-elected to the board. However, the company has decided not to distribute a dividend for the 2023 financial year based on the board’s proposal.

The board was given authorization to acquire up to 1.7 million of its own shares, with a maximum ownership of 10 percent of all the company’s shares at any given time, including those owned by the company and its subsidiaries. Additionally, the authorization allows for the transfer of 1.7 million own shares until June 30, 2025.
