On the evening of June 21, a San Francisco business was the target of an armed robbery. The incident took place at a store on the 1200 block of Valencia Street around 9:30 p.m. Two individuals were involved in the robbery, one of whom attempted to flee the scene with stolen items and threatened an employee with a pistol.
The suspect, later identified as 19-year-old Fabian Gonzales Vancorner, was arrested near the 1400 block of Flounder Court on Sunday. He was found in possession of a loaded gun. The female accomplice, identified as 19-year-old Ana Reyes, was also arrested at the scene. A search warrant was executed at Gonzales Vancorner’s residence, where firearm-related items such as an assault rifle, a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition and other related items were seized.
Both Gonzales Vancorner and Reyes are now facing charges related to armed robbery, firearms violations, and conspiracy. They have been booked into jail. The San Francisco Police Department released an image of the suspects involved in the robbery.
