These images show that the Galaxy Ring can measure heart rate, stress levels, predict periods, take skin temperature readings, and even detect snoring when paired with an Android phone.

Comparing the health-tracking features of the Galaxy Ring to those of the Galaxy Watch 6 and potentially the Galaxy Watch 7, it seems that while the functionality will be similar, the form factor may be different. Smartwatches offer more features with their dedicated displays, while smart rings are more compact and lightweight. They are suitable for activities like sleep tracking or high-intensity workouts.
