Revolutionizing Government Workflows: Enlightenment Capital Invests in Summit Technology Group

Enlightenment Capital, a venture capital firm located in the Washington, D.C. area, recently invested in Summit Technology Group (STG), a company based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania that provides software for government, regulatory and financial workflows. The investment from Enlightenment Capital is aimed at speeding up the distribution of STG’s products.

Thomas Young, a principal at Enlightenment Capital expressed excitement about the partnership with STG, praising their ability to solve complex problems with their cloud-native software. He mentioned that the partnership will provide STG with the necessary financial and strategic resources to continue innovating and improving their software for government and regulatory workflows.

Enlightenment Capital received financial advice from Houlihan Lokey and legal advice from Dentons for the transaction, while Moore & Van Allen had legal advice from Enlightenment Capital had legal advice from Moore & Van Allen. Along with these law firms, Morrison & Foerster also provided government contracting legal advisory services to Enlightenment Capital during the transaction.
