Revolutionizing Community Health: The DataHaven CBANS Survey Empowers Residents to Shape Greater Bridgeport’s Future

The DataHaven Community-Based Assets and Needs Survey (CBANS) is being administered by the Trumbull Health Department, as part of the Health Improvement Alliance (HIA), to residents in the local area. The HIA was established in 2003 with the purpose of addressing the health needs of Greater Bridgeport, which includes several surrounding areas such as Bridgeport, Easton, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Stratford, and Trumbull.

The voluntary survey aims to gain insight into the quality of life and key issues affecting individuals in our community. Your feedback will be crucial in guiding improvements to programs and services in our region and will help organizations determine where to focus their efforts and resources. The survey is quick and should only take about 5 minutes to complete. Rest assured that all responses will remain anonymous and confidential.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, you can reach out to info@ctdatahaven.org. To learn more about the work of HIA, visit www.hia-ct.org. Your participation in this survey is highly valued and will contribute to the betterment of our community. Click on this link to access the survey:
