Phil Mickelson’s Brother Tim Bids Farewell to PGA Tour Caddie Job: Reflecting on the Lasting Bond and Great Moments Shared Together

Phil Mickelson’s younger brother Tim is retiring from his position as caddie after nearly eight years. This was announced on Tuesday by the golf legend, who expressed gratitude for the great moments shared with Tim both on and off the course. The news comes just two years after Tim left his job as a college golf coach to become Jon Rahm’s agent, and then joined Mickelson on the PGA Tour in 2019. During his time with Mickelson, Tim helped him win three times on the tour, including the 2021 PGA Championship. However, LIV Golf’s next event is scheduled for next week at Doral outside of Miami and Tim has not yet been replaced.
