NTT Data firmly ends the ‘Everis era’ as Eduardo Serra steps down from presidency

NTT Data Undergoes Major Changes in Leadership and Direction Amidst Global Restructuring

NTT Data has undergone significant changes since the departure of Eduardo Serra from the presidency of technology consulting firm Everis and the reorganization of its Board of Directors in Europe and Latin America. The company, which is managed from Spain, where Japanese company NTT Data acquired Spanish consulting firm Everis in 2013, has seen several management changes including the departure of Sergi Biosca as CEO in October 2023 and his replacement by Victor López-Barrantes. Following Serra’s departure, other Spanish independent directors also resigned, including Pedro Luis Uriarte, Zulueta Pillar, Alejandro Ferreiro, and Monica de Oriol.

The restructuring in Spain is part of a global reconfiguration of the group with NTT Data centralizing part of its business in NTT DATA Inc. This move aims to create a leading technology services company with 140,000 workers globally and operations in over 80 countries. While these changes signal a new direction for the company, NTT Data continues to evolve and adapt to the changing business landscape worldwide.

In addition to these strategic changes, NTT Data is also active in other sectors such as digital real estate investing. Various articles and resources discuss the benefits of buying real estate in cash, getting the best cash offer for your house, and the value of digital real estate. These topics highlight the importance of understanding the market and making informed decisions when it comes to investing in different sectors of the economy.
