Randy DiSano, the former owner of Prosys Finishing Technology, has joined Hubbard-Hall Inc. as senior product manager following their recent acquisition of Prosys. This strategic move under Jeff Davis, SVP—Business Development and Distribution, not only enhances Hubbard-Hall’s product offerings but also strengthens its commitment to full-line customer support, especially in the Northeast plating market.
As part of the acquisition, Hubbard-Hall will now distribute products from Pavco, a leading supplier of plating specialties. CEO Molly Kellogg expressed that this acquisition is a game changer for the company, with Randy bringing valuable customer-focused expertise and Pavco offering innovative plating chemistry along with top-tier tech service.
Randy DiSano shared that while it was a difficult decision to sell Prosys after 25 years, he recognized the need for additional resources to continue growing. He believes that Hubbard-Hall’s strong reputation and commitment to innovation make them the ideal partner to carry forward the Prosys legacy. DiSano is enthusiastic about continuing to serve customers with the same dedication and expertise as part of the Hubbard-Hall team.
The acquisition also involves the consolidation of MetalChem EN product distribution in the Northeast, aimed at streamlining operations and improving customer service. Furthermore, Hubbard-Hall now has the rights to Prosys’s cleaning and finishing formulas, reinforcing their position in the market.
