Kings consider trading for Pelicans standout Ingram – NBC Sports Bay Area & California

NBA Trade Rumors: Kings Explore Swapping Picks for Brandon Ingram as Possible Trade Destinations Include 76ers and Warriors

According to recent reports, the Sacramento Kings are exploring the possibility of making a major trade in the NBA. One player that has caught their attention is New Orleans Pelicans forward Brandon Ingram. While discussions between the two teams have not yet progressed, the Philadelphia 76ers and Golden State Warriors are also potential destinations for Ingram.

Ingram, who averaged an impressive 20.8 points, 5.7 assists, and 5.1 rebounds per game in the 2023-24 season, would be a significant addition to Sacramento’s young core. The Kings still have their first-round picks in future drafts starting in 2026 that could be included in a package deal with Huerter and Barnes. General manager Monte McNair was pleased with the selection of Carter during the 2024 NBA Draft but may be hesitant to include him in any potential trade deals.
