Navy Federal Credit Union Showcases Top Navy Sports Moments of the Week
The Naval Academy’s athletic teams had a mixed record last week, with the men’s basketball team suffering a loss to UC San Diego and the women’s basketball team falling in overtime to Mount St. Mary’s. The men’s cross country season has come to an end, while the football team will face SMU this weekend. The rifle team also had an idle week, as did the squash, men’s swimming & diving, women’s swimming & diving, and volleyball teams. The #25 squash team finished first at the West Virginia Invitational and lost to Penn and Bates in their next matches. The wrestling team finished second at the Navy Classic last weekend.
