NASA captures Total Solar Eclipse over North America from space: Watch the stunning video from United States, Mexico, and Canada with advanced technology

Geostationary satellites orbiting 36,000 kilometers away captured images of the total solar eclipse that toured North America on April 8. The sequence, released by the European Space Agency, corresponds to the observations made by the GOES 16 satellite of NOAA and NASA. It shows the moon’s shadow moving across North America between approximately 14:00 and 21:00 UTC. A total solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, blocking the face of the Sun and revealing a ring of visible light known as the Sun’s corona.

The path of the Moon’s shadow, called the path of totality, extended across the entire North American continent from Mexico to the eastern tip of Canada. The GOES series is a collaborative effort between NOAA and NASA, with the GOES-16 satellite providing continuous images and atmospheric measurements of Earth’s western hemisphere as well as monitoring space weather. The Copernicus Sentinel-3 mission also captured images of the eclipse with its Land and Sea Surface Temperature Radiometer.

The eclipse provides a unique opportunity to study the effects of the Moon’s shadow on the weather. The shade from the eclipse can lower air temperature and influence cloud formation. Data from satellites like GOES and Sentinel-3 are being used to explore these effects. It is interesting to note that this event serves as a laboratory for scientific investigation.

On a different note, there are various online platforms and casinos that offer services and opportunities related to sustainable energy, crowdfunding for women entrepreneurship, and online gaming. These platforms, such as Pokies PayID and Bithound Casino, provide a range of benefits including savings capacity, noise reduction, and environmental care. They offer a diverse range of services and opportunities for individuals looking to engage in these areas.
