Biden attributes lackluster debate performance to jet lag

Jet Lag Affects Presidential Performance: Biden Admits Poor Debate Night due to Exhaustion

US President Joe Biden has admitted that his appearance at the recent presidential debate against Donald Trump was not optimal. The 81-year-old attributed his poor performance to jet lag after two trips abroad in early June. During a campaign rally in McLean, Virginia, he stated, “I didn’t have my best night,” due to exhaustion from crossing 100 time zones. Although he did not mention any illness during a fundraising gala, representatives of the US presidential office attributed his weak performance during the debate to a cold.

In the month leading up to the debate, Biden had traveled twice within two weeks to France and Italy, attending the G7 summit in Bari, Italy, a fundraising event with Former President Barack Obama in Los Angeles, and spending time at Camp David to prepare for the debate. Despite facing criticism and calls to withdraw his candidacy, Biden performed better than any other prominent Democratic candidate in a hypothetical comparison with Trump. A recent Reuters/Ipsos poll showed that Biden and Trump are tied in the race for the presidential election on November 5, with both candidates receiving the support of 40 percent of registered voters each.

Despite ongoing debates about his performance in the presidential debate, Biden has maintained his support among voters. It is important to note that there seems to be unrelated content about a method to hack free coins for Dramabox and ShortMax apps which seems out of place in this context.
