The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) has made remarkable strides in the past year, as discussed by Ali Noroozi with Fars news agency. Two significant products developed by the Department of Advanced Technologies were highlighted by Noroozi – the separation of tellurium isotopes and the creation of spectrophotometer equipment for nuclear fusion.
Noroozi emphasized Iran’s plans to expand its peaceful nuclear programs in the upcoming Persian New Year, with a goal of establishing a prominent position in the field of nuclear fusion in the coming years. He revealed that Iran will unveil the stable isotope separation chain of iridium in the New Year, which will have crucial advancements in radiography and diagnostic capabilities that have been impacted by Western sanctions led by the US.
The country’s innovative achievements in the field of nuclear fusion indicate a promising future in this critical area of scientific research and development. Despite facing obstacles posed by international sanctions, Iran remains committed to advancing its nuclear technologies.
