International Stars Set to Shine at Ostrava Golden Spike: A Clash of Titans in the World of Athletics”.

The Ostrava Golden Spike is just less than two weeks away and the anticipation is building. Global gold medallists Molly Caudery and Andre De Grasse have confirmed their participation in the event, which will take place on May 28 in Czechia.

Caudery, who recently won the world indoor pole vault gold in Glasgow, will be competing against top athletes like Czech record-holder Amalie Svabikova, last year’s Golden Spike winner Tina Sutej, and the 2016 Olympic champion Katerina Stefanidi. Meanwhile, De Grasse, an Olympic 200m champion from Canada, will be racing the 100m in Ostrava and will go head-to-head with Olympic 100m champion Marcell Jacobs, Trayvon Bromell, Ryiem Forde, and Reece Prescod.

The top three athletes from the Doha Diamond League – Vadlejch, Chopra and Peters – will once again compete against each other at the Ostrava Golden Spike. In Doha, Vadlejch emerged victorious with a throw of 88.38m while Chopra finished second with a throw of 88.16m. Peters came in third with a throw of 86.62m. They will be joined by a stellar lineup of athletes including Mondo Duplantis, Gianmarco Tamberi, Haruka Kitaguchi, Steven Gardiner and Ewa Swoboda at the event.
