John E. Anzak, a 66-year-old resident of Hannibal, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, November 19, 2023. Born on July 31, 1957, to the late Shirley (Cochran) and John Anzak, John had been an employee of the US Postal Service for over three decades. For 24 years of his career, he served as Post Master before retiring on his birthday in 2009.
John enjoyed spending time fishing and watching sports in his free time. He is survived by his brother James Anzak of St.Clairsville, OH; niece Megan Anzak of Taylors, SC.; step-niece Kelly Reasbeck of Marins Ferry; and three first cousins.
A memorial service will be held at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church located at 73339 Pleasant Grove Rd in St Clairsville, OH on Wednesday November 22, 2023 at 1 pm with Pastor Dan Nelson presiding.
