The West End Health Foundation (WEHF) recently presented grants to schools in Ishpeming, Negaunee, and NICE communities. In Ishpeming, the grant was received by Bryan DeAugustine, the superintendent of NICE Community Schools. In Negaunee, the grant was accepted by Tom Edmark, the president of the WEHF. Finally, in the NICE community, Karl Lehmann, MD, received the grant on behalf of Carrie Meyer, the superintendent of Ishpeming Public Schools.
The grants were presented by various members of the WEHF, including Paul Bonetti and Kori Bjorne.
