Enterprise Fleet Management Expands with New Locations Amid Growing Business

Empowering Growth: Enterprise Fleet Management’s Expansion in North America and its Promote-from-Within Culture

Enterprise Fleet Management has recently opened five new locations in North America, bringing its network in the U.S. and Canada to a total of 60 locations. The growth in the fleet management business saw an impressive 12% increase in 2023, with over 700,000 vehicles on lease by March 2024.

Brice Adamson, President of Enterprise Fleet Management, highlighted the growing demand for efficient fleet management services among businesses, local municipalities, and service providers. Many organizations are looking to outsource operations like fleet management to focus on their core business while saving time, budget, and resources. Adamson emphasized that Enterprise Fleet Management is well-equipped to meet this growing demand with its local hands-on approach and the support of Enterprise Mobility’s expertise.

The new locations were strategically chosen to address the rising demand from clients and provide unique value tailored to each specific city. Some of the new locations were set up to better support clients previously served from nearby cities, helping them optimize their fleets. Each Enterprise Fleet Management location is staffed with a leadership team comprising a director of fleet management, fleet strategy manager, and finance manager to assist clients with fleet planning, vehicle remarketing, credit underwriting, and fiduciary responsibilities.

Adamson highlighted Enterprise Mobility’s promote-from-within culture, mentioning that many team members started their careers in the management trainee program. This program equips trainees with essential skills to manage a business
