Econocom ramps up recruitment efforts to add 100 professionals and boost business growth

Econocom, a technological company, has launched a recruitment campaign as part of its ‘One Econocom 2024-2028’ plan. The company aims to hire 100 agents in the next three years to support its goal of increasing business volume from 2,800 to 4,000 million euros in the next five years. Currently, Econocom has a network of agents who work with the company’s clients and operate as self-employed entrepreneurs. The company is looking to bring in new professionals to strengthen its sales team and improve customer relations across Europe.

Jean-Louis Bouchard, president and founder of Econocom, emphasized the company’s unique model of utilizing independent agents to support customers. The recruitment campaign is focused on attracting salespeople with experience in Econocom’s business lines such as equipment distribution, technological services, renting, and recycling solutions. The goal is to create lasting relationships of trust and proximity with clients, reflecting Econocom’s values and DNA.

Econocom Spain’s Country Manager, Carlos Pérez-Herce, highlighted the company’s versatility and agility due to its various business models and partner ecosystems, providing unique resources for both clients and teams. The recruitment program is designed to allow sales professionals to showcase their talent and creativity by offering cutting-edge technological solutions tailored to client needs. The initiative is supported by a multimedia campaign featuring video testimonials from commercial agents across Europe.

The recruitment drive is part of Econocom’s strategy to differentiate itself from competitors in the market, with a focus on providing innovative solutions and building strong relationships with clients. The company is looking to expand its team of agents in Spain and other European countries, offering a platform for professionals to unleash their potential and contribute to Econocom’s growth in the digital market.
