Double-Threats on the Court: Tyrece Radford and Collin Murray-Boyles Shine in SEC Showdowns

The SEC Staff Photo from just a few hours ago showcases two standout players: Tyrece Radford, the Player of the Week, and Collin Murray-Boyles, the Freshman of the Week. Radford is a guard for Texas A&M who graduated from Baton Rouge, La. He was exceptional in his recent games against Missouri and No. 6 Tennessee, averaging an impressive 24.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists. On the court, he demonstrated remarkable efficiency, hitting 53.1 percent of his shots and 80.0 percent from the charity stripe. In particular, his performance against Tennessee was outstanding as he scored 27 points on 52.9 percent shooting while also grabbing five rebounds and dishing out five assists.

On the other hand, Collin Murray-Boyles is a freshman from Columbia, S.C., who had an incredible debut in the SEC with South Carolina’s wins over Ole Miss and Vanderbilt. In those games, he averaged an impressive 23.5 points while also pulling down eight rebounds and blocking 1.5 shots on average. His shooting was particularly impressive as he hit an amazing 78.6 percent from the floor in those two games! Murray-Boyles had a true breakthrough game against Vanderbilt where he scored a career-high 31 points with an incredible shooting performance at 82
