Delaware Tech Surveys Students: Take Part Now!
The University of Delaware Information Technologies (UDIT) is committed to providing the highest quality computing, network, and technology services to the University community. As part of this commitment, UD faculty and students are encouraged to participate in a brief survey aimed at gathering information about their technology experiences and expectations of service.
The survey, administered by EDUCAUSE, a non-profit organization that promotes the use of IT in higher education, is conducted in partnership with over 200 colleges and universities. Participation in the survey is voluntary, and all responses will be kept anonymous.
UDIT values your feedback and encourages all faculty and students to take part in this important survey. The survey will be available for participation until Friday, Dec. 8. UDIT’s Information Technology Services department provides various resources such as computer labs, Wi-Fi networks, software support, data storage solutions among others for students and staff across campus. This department plays a vital role in ensuring that technology remains accessible and reliable for everyone within the university community.
EDUCAUSE aims to promote the use of IT in higher education by conducting research studies like this one that gather insights from different institutions around the world about their technology practices and challenges.
By participating in this survey, UD faculty and students can contribute valuable information towards improving technology services at their institution while also benefiting from insights gathered from other institutions globally through EDUCAUSE’s network of partners.
Overall, this survey represents an opportunity for UD’s Information Technology Services department to continuously improve its offerings while staying up-to-date with best practices in higher education IT management worldwide.
