Community Rallies to Support Woodland Business Following Theft of Valuable Crystals

Woodland Business Seeking Community Assistance After Theft

A business in Woodland is reaching out to the community for assistance after experiencing theft. Soul Garden Holistic Healing reported on Facebook that someone broke into their establishment by throwing cement chunks through the front windows and stealing thousands of dollars worth of crystals in the early hours of Thursday morning. The incident occurred on the 500 block of Main Street in Woodland.

The shop owner, Corrie Taylor, stated that the suspects did not enter the store but smashed the windows and stole merchandise. Taylor is currently reviewing surveillance footage from nearby businesses to identify the suspects. They are encouraging anyone who sees large stones for sale or has any information to contact them.

Brandon Downs is a Digital Content Producer at CBS13, who was on site covering the incident. He spoke with Taylor about her experience and how she plans to move forward. “Corrie is devastated about what happened,” said Downs. “But she’s determined to get justice and rebuild her business.”

The community is being encouraged to help support Soul Garden Holistic Healing by purchasing merchandise or sharing information about any suspicious activity they may observe.
