The Community Action Agency of Columbiana County’s Health Centers are hosting a gift basket drawing at five locations in Columbiana County in celebration of Women’s Health Month. The event, which runs from May 13th to the end of the month, is being led by Dr. Kristi Johnson, OB-GYN; Mallory Smith, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner; Carlie Zimmermann, CMA; Norita Price, LPN; and Linda Devore, LPN.
During this month, existing and new patients are encouraged to schedule appointments at the CAACC Health Centers for services such as primary care, physicals, gynecological care, prenatal care, family planning, and blood testing. To make an appointment, individuals can call 330-424-5686. The CAACC Health Centers are located at various locations in Lisbon, East Liverpool, Salem, and Salineville.
Any woman who visits the CAACC Health Centers as a patient between May 13th and the end of the month will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a Women’s Health gift basket.
