The 1st Annual Public Health Celebration & Resource Fair is an event that invites everyone to learn about public health – the science and art of protecting and improving the health of people and their communities. The event will feature a career panel led by Dr. Ashanti Carter from CDU and special guest Director Alison King from LBHHS.
The celebration aims to bring together people to support, learn, promote, and protect public health, which in turn helps everyone thrive. The event will celebrate National Public Health Week, Black Student Success Week, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Awareness Month. Free food will be available for those who RSVP, check in, and attend the resource fair while supplies last. More information can be found on the event flyer.
