Bryce Harper Ends Hitless Streak with a Spectacular Home Run Triple Header!

On Tuesday, Bryce Harper ended his hitless streak in a spectacular way, hitting three home runs in a 9-4 win against the Cincinnati Reds. This marked the second time in his career that he has hit three home runs in a game.

In the first inning, Harper smashed a 420-foot homer to center field, putting an end to his 0-for-11 start to the season. He followed that up in the fourth inning with a line drive that cleared the right field wall, breaking a 1-1 tie in the game. This homer was also significant as it marked Harper’s 1,000th career run.

Harper’s most dramatic moment came in the seventh inning with the bases loaded and a full count. He hit a 422-foot grand slam to right-center, further solidifying the Phillies’ win. This impressive performance improved Harper’s early season batting average to .200.

The three homers by Harper helped the Phillies secure a much-needed win after a rough start to the season. Despite some doubts about his health coming into the season due to a back issue, Harper showed that he is still a force to be reckoned with.
