B-Quik, co-owned by Justin Alford and Benny’s car wash, is currently constructing its fourth local store on Lee Drive. The new 5,000-square-foot convenience store will feature self-service checkouts and an expanded drink cooler, as well as six gas pumps and special discounts for members of the Benny’s car wash club. The store is expected to be operational by the end of the year and will employ around 30 to 35 employees. Guy Hopkins Construction has been hired as the general contractor for the project.
If you have noticed a construction site in your area and are curious about what is being built or renovated, feel free to send an email with a picture or the location to tboone@theadvocate.com.
