On March 15th, Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of a drug screening business in Aurora, was arrested by Aurora Police after a woman reported that he sexually assaulted her following a urinalysis sample. The incident was reported in October and investigators from the Sex Crimes Unit are now urging any other potential victims to come forward.
Investigators have uncovered two additional reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples at his business, previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing before being changed to Aurora Employment Testing in February of last year. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case is ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
