K-pop girl group aespa has announced the release of their new mini-album “MY Globe.”

SM Entertainment released the initial teaser for the album on social media on April 17. The upcoming release marks aespa’s initial comeback in practically a year considering the fact that their July 2022 mini-album “Girls.” The group was scheduled to release an album in February, but it was postponed due to internal disputes inside SM.

In February, SM Entertainment released a preview of its upcoming release plans for the initial half of the year, stating that aespa and other artists such as Taeyeon and SHINee would have comebacks later this year.

No other information for “MY WORLD” have however been announced, but some of the new tracks performed at aespa’s initial-ever “SYNK: Hyper Line” concerts in February are most likely to seem on the album.

In addition, the K-pop quartet lately contributed an original soundtrack titled “Hold On Tight” for the “Tetris” film on Apple Television+. They are slated to make history at two music festivals later this year. In June, they will be performing at the Governors Ball music festival in New York, and in August, they will be the initial K-pop act to execute at the Outdoors Lands music festival in San Francisco.

“MY WORLD” is scheduled for release on Might eight at six p.m. KST.
