A well known photo spot in front of a Walt Disney Globe 50th Anniversary medallion sign has just been removed from EPCOT.

We stopped by EPCOT right now to verify on the progress of the removal of the Harmonious barges, and noticed that the 50th Anniversary medallion photo spot sign has been removed from the center garden location facing Spaceship Earth.

Walt Disney Globe announced monthly themes to celebrate the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Organization more than the subsequent numerous months. April celebrates Earth Day, the 25th anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s conservation efforts. Moana will have a meet and greet in Animal Kingdom starting on Earth Day, April 22.

Mirabel will have a meet and greet at Magic Kingdom starting “this fall” in the Fairytale Garden. She will be replacing Merida, and the location will be redesigned to appear like the Casita Madrigal.
